Through Feb 1, 2013, county residents with yard waste collection may place their undecorated, unbagged, live Christmas trees at the curb by 6:30 a.m. on their regularly scheduled yard waste collection day collection day. (See below) The trees will be picked up and turned into free mulch for county residents in the Spring (for mulch info call the DER's Recycling Section at 301-883-5045)
Residents may also bring undecorated trees, free of charge, to the following locations for recycling through February 1, 2013.
